The UT Institutional Review Board has three new workshops for the spring 2016 semester: UT IRB 101, Responding to Reviews, and Forms 2, 3, 4, and 7.
These workshops are designed to offer participants a greater understanding of the UT IRB, how to receive approval for your human subjects research, and how to use the submission software iMedRIS.
UT IRB 101
Overview of IRB requirements and procedures, for anyone who wishes to learn how to receive human subjects approval for research at UT Knoxville.
Responding to Reviews
How to use the “PI Response to Review Form” in iMedRIS, and revise your application and documents when changes are requested by the IRB.
Forms 2, 3, 4 and 7:
How to modify, renew, report problems, or close your study using iMedRIS, and when these actions are required.
All workshops will be held in Blount Hall, Room A004.
